🎉 Launching the Harvest Finance Creativity Contest
🧑🌾 👩🌾 Calling all Farmers, Content Creators and Artists — We need your craftiness and brilliant minds to spruce up the place here at Harvest Finance so we are unleashing the Creativity Contest, a competition where one and all can show their love for Harvest Finance!
🎁 The goal of the Creativity Contest is to enable people to earn FARM not just through the protocol, but also through their ingenuity and non-monetary contribution. This will help improve FARM’s distribution among a wider and more diverse set of farmers.
😊 Thank you to everyone who participated in Harvest Finance’s first ever meme contest. There were a TON of dank memes submitted to the contest, so much so that the team had to hire someone just to go through them all. As a result, 10 winners were awarded over 40 FARM tokens (over $3,200 at time of this article) and are hopefully putting their hard earned tokens to work for them on the farm. You worked for your FARM, now let your FARM work for you!

🌍 As a result of the overwhelming number of submissions by our humble farmers, the Harvest team has decided to expand the contest and offer prizes the likes of which no platform has previously even considered! We are talking about a veritable cornucopia FULL of those highly coveted FARM tokens.
🧑🎨 This time, rather than limiting submissions to only memes, we are expanding the format. This is now a Harvest.finance ‘Creativity Contest’.
🖌️ So what does that mean? Well, you are only limited by your imagination. As long as you create something connected to Harvest.finance, you can have free reign.
Things that we encourage are:
- ✍️ Written words (articles, explainers, tales from the life of a yield farmer)
- 📹 Videos (tutorials, walkthroughs, thoughts on the platform)
- 🎨 Artwork (digital or hand-drawn)
- 🎵 Music (how about a catchy tune to farm to?)
- 🐸 Memes (of course!)
- 📄 Poetry (who doesn’t like great rhymes?)
- 👕 Merch (create some awesome merchandise that you can profit from twice)
🤗 Again, anyone and everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us — the more entries the better.

The Harvest team continues to innovate and offer the latest and greatest farming opportunities. Just as an example, the team had deployed a UNI token farming strategy a mere day after the token itself was released, which farms and sells UNI saving its farmers time and gas money. We are putting out new strategies at an impressive pace that is unrivaled by any other project out there today and offering some seriously competitive financial tools.
Prizes
The prizes/rules for the creativity contest will largely remain the same as the meme contest. They are as follows :
🏆 1st Place — $1,500 in FARM tokens
🥈 2nd Place — $1,200 in FARM tokens
🥉 3rd Place — $800 in FARM tokens
🏅 4th and 5th place — $600 in FARM tokens
🏅 6th through 10th — $450 in FARM tokens
🏅 11th through 20th — $300
🏅 21st through 50th place all receive $100 in FARM tokens.
How to submit your entries:
- Entries to be made only through Twitter. Post your work with the hashtag #BreadForThePeople and tag @harvest_finance. We only care about the quality of what you have produced. The number of followers, likes or re-tweets makes no difference!
- Submissions close 1pm UTC on Wednesday, October 7th
- At that time the team will dive into all the submissions and pick the 50 winners.
- Winners will be announced on Friday, October 9th and prizes will be distributed over the weekend.
